Research On Slotting Optimization For Automated Stereoscopic Warehouse Of ZT Company

In today's world,the rapid development of information and mechanization,automated warehouse as a modern logistics technology and information technology and the perfect integration of mechanical technology,has been applied to various enterprises.Because of its small footprint,high mechanization technology and fast operation speed,it has become an indispensable part of modern material system.With the rapid economic development,in order to make enterprises stand out in such a competitive market environment,we must speed up the reaction speed,improve product quality,optimize the various aspects of the enterprise system.As an important source of enterprise profit,logistics plays an important role in improving the market competitiveness and profitability of enterprises.Automated warehouse as an important part of logistics system,it is necessary to optimize it.Optimization is an important part of automated warehouse optimization,to improve the warehouse efficiency,which plays a decisive role in reducing the cost of storage,the automated warehouse slotting optimization research has an important theoretical significance and practical value.This dissertation takes the ZT company of automated warehouse storage allocation as the research object,through the investigation of ZT company warehouse,storage management analysis of the current situation of ZT company at present,find out the existing problems of company location assignment.And according to the actual situation of the target company and established the slotting optimization on storage strategy and location assignment principles were improved,space to build a multiple objective optimization model based on the principle of slotting optimization.Through the analysis of the mathematical model,comparison of several artificial intelligence algorithms,finally determined to optimize the design of the mathematical model by geneticalgorithm,and the use of MATLAB genetic toolbox of slotting optimization model and simulation analysis of the results.Finally,in order to ensure the effective implementation of ZT company warehouse slotting optimization scheme,it proposed the establishment of the standard warehouse operation process,improve the performance evaluation mechanism and the warehouse staff of the occupation training safeguard measures.
