Research On Materials Slotting Optimization Model And Method Application In Power Supply Company

Material storage management is an important content of intensive management of material resources,and is the foothold of deepening the intensive management of material resources.With the advancement of power grid construction,power plant operation and maintenance task is arduous,the power company supplies center always adhere to the national Power Grid Corp warehouse and standard guidance management oriented,improve the level of material storage management.The storage materials warehouse management is still in the habit of experience and follow the power company for many years to come place,not only a waste of storage space,but also makes the low efficiency of the warehouse,the warehouse material storage location assignment optimization will come into being.Material storage space optimization can not only make the power supply company warehouse transceiver work efficiency is greatly improved,also can make the warehouse management more standardized,intelligent.This paper made a systematic research on Power Company material storage slotting optimization model and method.First analyzes the background and current situation of warehouse management of electric power company,put forward the important meaning of the power company location assignment and optimization of warehousing goods.Based on the understanding of domestic and foreign research status of material management and material storage location assignment,slotting optimization theory,genetic algorithm research and application in this paper supplies slotting optimization model;Secondly,analyzes the characteristics of warehousing management of power supply company and the existing problems,put forward the storage location optimization method,according to the use of storage method and method for solving multiobjective optimization problems with material storage,storage materials storage optimization model is established in this paper,using genetic algorithm to solve the process.Finally,this paper combined with the actual case of Urumqi power company national grid Liyushan turnover base,the material space optimization and material storage management theory into practice,to verify the genetic algorithm using the material storage reservoir classification and space optimization model,and according to the actual cases,the suggestions for improvement of some power supply company warehouse materials management that has a certain reference value for the power supply company intensive management and warehouse construction.
