Information technology has gained increasing attention as enterprises intensify competitions and e-commerce is more widely adopted in the world.The Information technology(IT)construction of Chinese enterprises has entered a new development phase.To stay ahead of competitions,enterprises continually invest in software,hardware and network devices,and develop and build various systems.Currently,the IT system construction of banks has reached a high level,but IT service management(ITSM)is relatively weak.Rapid business development and intense competitions pose high IT management requirements,IT service management(ITSM)is an essentialmanagement systemduring banks' IT construction.An efficient ITSM can integrate IT resources and ensure effective resource usage and business continuity.It plays an essential role in the normal operation of banking business and improvement of a bank' competitive edge.In this paper,Problem and Change management of S Bank Information Center IT services for the object of study,based on internal service improve of ITIL international best practice,to enhance the efficiency of banking operations and industry competitiveness purposes.This paper analyzes performed by analysis of the competitive pressures of the current real estate industry development status and facing the bank,and the bank's own situation,come out of the bank in internal operations and management efficiency aspects of the strategic choice to improve.Through the progress of process and and continuous improvement of carding ITIL-based IT service' problem and change management,and with the use of specialized IT service management tools related to process optimization,optimization plan is determined and implemented.By optimizing the data after the analysis of the effect of process optimization after scientific evaluation.Based on ITIL combined with the actual continuous optimization and improvement,we will continue to improve the service quality and standardization of IT,and reduce cost of doing business,so that the company's industry competitiveness and innovative rising,invincible position in an increasingly competitive environment.
