Research Of The Rural Land System Reform In The Process Of Urbanization

Urbanization is the inevitable trend of social development to a certain stage,the development of China's urbanization level has more than 50%.According to the norm curve which describes the world urbanization development rule,development of urbanization in our country has already entered into the mid-late period,the development level and the quality of this stage in China has played a vital role.But in the process of the development of urbanization in China,still there are certain constraints,one of the most basic is also the most important thing is to come from the rural land system constraints.Do not agree with the pace of urbanization,rural land system will greatly reduce the efficiency and quality of urbanization development,and cause a series problems such as food security,environmental pollution and so on.So to explore the existing rural land system problems in the process of urbanization in our country and its impact,and then find a more effective solution,make the rural land system and urbanization supplement each other is very necessary.In this paper,on the basis of the study of a large number of literature and research data,define the concept and meaning of the urbanization and the rural land system,find the hinder behind the development of urbanization in our country currently,combine with the specific reform measures of main pilot of rural land system in China,as well as the experiences and lessons,put forward concrete suggestions to the urbanization and rural land system reform in our country in the future.But due to obtain information and research ability can't do the research excellent.According to the individual study,review and evaluate domestic and foreign research;elaborate the concept of urbanization and rural land system,and the development of the rural land system in our country,further discuses the correlation between them;Put forward the existing problems in the current rural land system in China as well as to the influence of urbanization,the main problem in the rural land property rights system is not clear,the imperfect system of land expropriation,land circulation system of chaos,unreasonable land income distribution system of the four aspects;Selection three typical pilot nanhai,wuhu,jiaxing,introduce the concrete measures of the rural land system reform and the experience and lessons;On the basis of research results,put forward some suggestions and draw a conclusion.Through research we can see that the smooth.of the implementation of the urbanization,need reasonable rural land system as strong support,only the two coordinate each other,can ensure the benign development of the agriculture and the rural,implement efficient and high quality development of urbanization in our country.Must clearly define the rural land property rights,as the basis of the land system reform,establish a scientific and reasonable rural land circulation and collection mechanism,and perfect the income distribution system of rural land.While speeding up the reform of various supporting systems,such as the household registration system reform,rural and urban social security system reform,intensify supervision,make the rural land system more standardization,to ensure that an effective reform measures.Actively explore new reform measures,realize the coordinated development of both rural land system reform and the development of urbanization.
