Research On Deepening Rural Land System Reform Under The New Urbanization In China

All along,the land as the most important means of production exist in the minds of the working people,and its importance can be seen.The importance of land is more important for rural areas where agriculture is mainly cultivated.In recent years,more and more land disputes in China's rural areas,farmers lost a lot of land,the more serious problem is that the rural areas are facing violence,demolition and other issues.These problems have a direct impact on China's rural social and economic development,and these problems have also attracted the attention of universities and academic institutions.A series of problems mentioned above are caused by the serious problems of the rural land system in our country.Especially in the context of the new urbanization,this problem has become increasingly apparent.Then,in addition to the above questions,what problems still exist in our rural land system and how to solve these problems have become a very important topic for our academic community.period as the background,current situation of the new urbanization development,to the current rural land system reform for the entrance,through data collection,reading books,theoretical investigation,in the new urbanization development goals,research of new urbanization under the background of the rural land system reform.First of all,the paper puts forward the content,technical route,method,innovation and deficiency of the thesis.By combing the current situation of the rural land system in foreign countries and absorbing the research results at home and abroad,this paper provides ideas.Secondly,the theory of land property right,the theory of scale economy of land,the theory of urbanization of Marx and the theory of urbanization provide the theoretical basis for the reform of rural land system from the angle of new urbanization.Land consolidation and land use planning as technical support.Thirdly,analyze the evolution of the rural land system in China,and the characteristics of each stage.This paper analyzes the present situation of deepening the reform of land system,and summarizes the achievements and shortcomings of the development of new urbanization.By case study,this paper provides that we should design the overall rural land system reform from the aspects related to the confirmation ofrural land right,house site and agricultural land transfer,the establishment of a unified construction land market,the protection of cultivated land,increase of expropriation compensation,reinforce of resettlement measures to develop the New Urbanization.
