Investigation And Reflection On Rural Land System Since The Founding Of People's Republic Of China

As the core of rural productive relationship , the rural land system has experienced a complicated development after the foundation of the People's Republic of China. It not only has great influence on rural economics,bur also gives us much thinking. This article tries to study the changing of rural land system and sun up the experience and lessons. The aim is to provide some valuable basis for the selection of developing of direction and to search scientific methods to consummate the rural land system. The article analyses the changes of the present rural land system with the practice of China's urbanization of the socialism marketing economics and modernization, this addition to the foreword and concluding remarks, the total is divided into three parts:Part one: to find out the changes of rural land system before the foundation of the People's Republic of China. In order to give some ideas of policy of rural land system of CCP and reveal the historical enlightenment of agrarian revolution.Part two: to find out the changes of rural land system after the foundation of the People's Republic of China, then analyses and comments on the characteristics of rural land system in the different periods.Part three: to think about the reformation of the rural land system. Analyze the problem of the present rural land system to find out the effect on the socialism marketing economics and modernization. With the effect of perfecting the rural land system must be reform further to improve through new practice.This paper holds the view that only by reforming the existing land system to give the original agricultural land users the fair and adequate compensation, completely lightening the burden on farmers and also meet as much as possible the demands of the business for land in the meanwhile, can we speed up the process of China's urbanization and achieve the socialist modernization.
