With the development of the national economy, the level of overall development of China’s logistics industry has been significantly improved, logistics environmental conditions along with improved,which laid a solid foundation for logistics marketing. However, lack of advanced logistics management concepts,guidance and other reasons lead to the logistics industry there are many problems. Faced with the logistics market continues to be affected, some small corporates must constantly adjust their overall strategy to optimize the service marketing strategy in order to stabilize their own development. Therefore, how to select and develop logistics service marketing strategy has become a hot issue business concern.Based on the theory of Service Marketing theory and customer satisfaction theory,DS international logistics enterprises as the main research subject, combined with the author’s knowledge learned from MBA study and personal industrial expertise, did a deep level analysis for Service Marketing Situation to diagnose the problem and root cause of current situation. Through questionnaire survey, we did some data analysis for customers service satisfaction, understanding of all aspects of the customer needs. Finally, we put forward some marketing promotion strategy targeted at DS logistics enterprise customer service marketing,in order to enhance the competitiveness of DS in the logistics business in the shortest time.
