Service marketing origins from marketing with its specialty and importance. Its basic contents consist of service design, service delivery, customer contact , customer satisfaction , etc. In recent years it gradually expands to the fields such as , relationship marketing, internal marketing , logistic support ,etc. Generally , the service marketing theory develops itself with natural combination with market marketing , popular in manufacturing industry , in a way of mutual supplement and promotion. Facing tougher market it is necessary to apply service marketing entities to the practice of Taigang Stainless marketing in order to strengthen its competition.As applied research, the paper has made some exploration on marketing system, marketing process and marketing strategy in order to apply service marketing theory to marketing operation.In this paper, the author has designed service system and established estimation model of customer's satisfaction for Taigang Stainless with combination of service marketing theory with its practice in way of investigation and qualitative & quantitative analysis . The main works of this paper are as follows:Supplying theoretical basis to Taigang Stainless service marketing with systematic introduction of origin and development of service marketing, describing the common and different aspects between service marketing and market marketing.Introducing the overview and present situation of Taigang Stainless in view of modern marketing and market competition theory and demonstrating the feasibility and necessity of carrying out of service marketing in Taigang StainlessOn the basis of real-time survey of customers establishing estimation system of customer's satisfaction and carrying out evaluation with that system supplying guidance for service marketing strategy of Taigang StainlessBased on the Taigang Stainless situation and feasibility, designing internal support system for service marketing and options of marketing strategy and methods.
