In recent years, the pace of development of China’s service industry very soon though, butthrough the investigation discovery, the customer satisfaction is not high, the service is far belowthe needs of customers. The reason for this situation is of course in many aspects, but the lack ofscientific and practical evaluation system of customer satisfaction, and service marketingstrategy and other practical problems can not be ignored.Material Handings Equipment services in this business system, increasingly fierce marketcompetition, product and price advantage not usually last long, so the market competition in theelectrical and mechanical equipment service industry has experienced price and product qualitypolicy competition stage, the services become competitive enterprises to expand a powerfulweapon.First, this paper introduces the background and significance of research ideas and methodsof basic overview of the thesis, the main content and structure of the paper and other arrangements.It also describes the article.Secondly, the status of the company and customer satisfaction surveysthe status quo. The main contents include: Lilinte companies and service profile; establishmentof the company ’s customer satisfaction measurement system; Application of CustomerSatisfaction Evaluation System company, customer satisfaction interviews design, interview datacollection and data aggregation. Company Lilinte survey results and analysis of customersatisfaction.
