The middle managers in the enterprise growth and change occupies very important position which is the important pillar of enterprises sustainable development progress.According to a study of some enterprises to keep sustainable development in industry by Management consulting companies in the United StatesThe enterprise success,and maintaining the cause of the high performance is mainly because they have a batch of middle managers who can promote enterprise change.The survey is enough to prove the importance of this group in enterprise development process.The issue of 2 documents and some supportive policies formulated by the government of the guizhou province in 2015 for the pharmaceutical industry is enough to prove that the pharmaceutical industry in guizhou has good development prospects.Whether the pharmaceutical industry of guizhou province can seize the opportunity to achieve the development of the enterprise reform,middle managers play a very critical role,so this paper selected the middle management of the pharmaceutical industry in guizhou as the research object to provides the reference for the selection of middle managers and development of pharmaceutical industry in guizhou province.The purpose of this paper is to construct the competent quality model of middle managers under the new situation in guizhou province pharmaceutical industry and apply it to the practice of human resources.This article are arranged mainly from six parts.The first two chapters of this paper introduces the whole situation of the article and elaborates the theoretical basis of essay.Third chapter analysis YB company middle managers competence quality factor.This paper puts YB company that is the pharmaceutical industry's leading enterprises in guizhou as an example on the basis of the analysis of the YB company internal and external environment and combined with a variety of methods to analyzed the community should have qualified quality factor,and establish YB company middle managers competence quality element library.The content of this chapter lays the foundation for chapter 4 to build quality model.The fourth chapter is about the construction of YB company middle managers competence quality model.This part is based on the competent quality elements of library in the third chapter and combines with expert consultation method and form competent quality questionnaire.Through the analysis of the questionnaire data,finally guizhou YB company middle managers competence quality model is formed.Finally,this paper uses the analytic hierarchy process to determine the weights of every factor in the quality model.The fifth chapter is about the application of YB company middle managers competence quality model.This chapter mainly states the application of the model from the middle management industry selection,evaluation and incentive to improve the competitiveness of YB company.The last chapter of this article elaborates the results of the research institute and find out the deficiency existing in the article,and puts forward Suggestions for future research.
