Since May 2014,a series of state policies on regulating financing platforms have been introduced,and divesting the functions of government financing platforms has become the direction of government investment and financing system reform.Platform companies only rely on their own strength and credit market-oriented road is a bright future.As a local government investment and financing platform,the training and growth of middle-level management personnel of K Company plays an important role in the reform,transformation and development of enterprises.The application of competency model has been practiced in the world for many years.It has been widely used in the selection,appointment,training and motivation of talents.The rapid development of Internet technology and information technology has made great changes in the way of life and learning,and has brought new changes and challenges to the training of enterprises.The purpose of this study is to explore the existing problems in the training of middle-level managers in K Company,and use the competency theory and Internet and information technology to solve the middle-level managers training problems,in order to provide support for the middle-level managers training and company transformation and development in K Company.Competency model is an important basis for problem analysis and problem solving in this study.The model is built with the methods of strategy deduction,culture research,post analysis,literature research,behavior event interview,questionnaire survey and expert group research.Through the company situation analysis,the middle-level managers personnel basic situation,the training present situation,the training demand analysis,the middle-level managers personnel competency analysis,has diagnosed the K company middle-level managers training existence question comprehensively.And using competency theory,Internet and information technology,from the network business school,training guarantee system,training system,training process four aspects put forward K company middle-level managers training system optimization measures,the middle-level managers training implementation plan.The results of this research are of great practical significance to the training of middle managers in the reform period of K Company.The competency model of middle managers has laid a good foundation for the optimization of management system of K Company cadres in the future.It can be used for reference to the talent management of the same type of government investment and financing platform enterprises.
