Study On The Temporal-spatial Evolution Of Urban And Rural Construction Land Use Based On DSR Model In Yunyang District

In recent years,in the new situation,to build a well-off society in an all-round way with the rapid development of China's economy,accelerating industrialization and urbanization level,the construction land scale expands unceasingly,especially the urban and rural construction land,led to the great changes have taken place on the use of land resources,on the one hand,a huge increase in urban and rural construction land and cultivated land,cultivated land resources shortage,on the other hand,in the urban and rural construction land use and unreasonable of the layout is becoming more and more outstanding,cause the rigid constraints of land supply and land demand gradually exuberant contradiction is more and more serious.Improve urban and rural construction land use efficiency,promote the economical and intensive use of urban and rural construction land,and earnestly solve the extensive land use and unreasonable waste problems,and to ensure food security and the construction of socialism ecological civilization,for economic development,social progress and ecological environment harmonious and unified is imminent.This paper selects the DSR model of yuyang district urban and rural construction land change from two dimensions of time and space analysis of the characteristics and trends,combining qualitative analysis with quantitative analysis,using SPSS 18.0 software,using multiple linear regression model,to explore the influence core driving factors in yuyang district in the evolution of the urban and rural construction land,and on the basis of analysis of the evolution of different characteristics,puts forward some countermeasures for analysis,the research results are as follows:(1)time evolution analysis:yuyang district urban and rural construction land of urban and rural construction land rise on the whole,but the change trend is weaker.Urban construction land generally showed a trend of sustained and rapid growth,rapid growth rate.The slow growth rate of urban and rural construction land reason is the degree of the change of the rural residential areas,the construction is lagging behind the urban construction land.(2)the evolution of urban and rural construction land space analysis:in 2004-2013,the relative change rate of urban and rural construction land than yuyang district is the highest average Hu Guying town,the relative change rate of urban and rural construction land is 2.94,much higher than other relative change rate of villages and towns of urban and rural construction land.South of town is the lowest relative change rate of urban and rural construction land of villages and towns,as low as 0.42.Although yuyang district urban and rural construction land landscape types of richness increased,but the distribution of urban and rural construction land in the urban area landscape types is relatively single,and some of the village and township construction land landscape type presents the development trend of monotonous,unstable.(3)Urban and rural construction land spatio-temporal evolution analysis:yuyang district,the evolution of the urban and rural construction land in time and space can be found,as the growth of the year and the extension of space,yuyang district,urban and rural construction land scale and speed are also rising.If let the spread of the trend,under the status of the existing land resources in yuyang district,so in all land use types in the proportion of urban and rural construction land occupied certainly will will be more and more high,also will inevitably take up to other land types,such as garden land,forest land,especially cultivated land,form a threat to food security problem,the rapid development of the city,the wanton expansion of construction land,the irrational urban and rural construction land use,will cause severe waste of land resources and inefficient phenomenon intensified land use,this will increase the dualistic contradictions between urban and rural areas,expand the gap between urban and rural areas,is not conducive to building a harmonious society.(4)Driving factors of urban and rural construction land evolution analysis:through the qualitative analysis of two aspects of natural geographical environment and social and economic development,the influence of the construction of urban and rural construction land driving factor analysis index system,using multiple linear regression analysis model of driving factors and correlation analysis between urban and rural construction land,to extract the core driving factors.Eventually found that tertiary industry output value and unit of urban and rural secondary and tertiary industry output value of construction land is the core of yuyang district urban and rural construction land driving factor,positively related with urban and rural construction land change driving factor is the tertiary industry output value,and urban and rural construction land change negative related driving factors is the unit of urban and rural secondary and tertiary industry output value of construction land,this suggests that the increase of the tertiary industry output value promoted the yuyang district urban and rural construction land expansion,improve urban and rural construction land secondary and tertiary industries output value in yuyang district restricting the growth of yuyang district urban and rural construction land.(5)Counter measures of urban and rural construction land reasonable use:according to the actual situation of yuyang area,combined with the characteristics of urban and rural construction land evolution and core driving factor analysis,from saving intensive utilization,integration of urban and rural construction,industrial structure optimization,innovation management,etc,in order to achieve the rational utilization of yuyang district urban and rural construction land countermeasure and the suggestion is put forward,thus promote yuyang district,the sustainable development of social economy and natural environment.
