The Study On Construction Land Spatio-temporal Evolution And Driving Factors Of Hu Ludao

In recent years, due to the rapid development of economy, population pressure increasing and the demands of the development from the local governments , construction land appeared dramatically increases, the contradiction between supply and demand of land have become increasingly prominent, how to use the construction land reasonably, play the maximum output value per unit area is the first solve the problem to protecting arable land, and maintain ecological balance, and promote the sustainable utilization of land resources . In this article we choose the northeast coast city– Hu Ludao City, the construction land spatio-temporal evolution regularity and the empirical research of the driving factors shall be launched, realizing the rapid growth of social and economic, at the same time, ensure the sustainable utilization of land resources, but also giving examples for other cities in rapid development stages. The main content and conclusions of this article includes the following aspects:(1) Discusses the background and significance of the research status on the spatio-temporal evolution and driving forces of construction land, summarizing the progress of the research at home and abroad, at the same time analyzing the related concepts and theoretical, such as the concept of land utilization, the concept of construction land, the rent and price theory, the location theory, the theory of sustainable development and laying the theoretical basis for this article.(2) From the geographical environment, natural resources and the ecological environment, social economic environment and the land use environment, the research object of present situation are analyzed in the four aspects; we could know the basic information of the research object.(3) The spatio-temporal evolution regularities of the constructive land were analyzed from two angles of time and space of Hu Ludao City. First, from three aspects, that is the scale of construction land, land use efficiency and land use structure, the construction land evolution characteristics of Hu Ludao City were analyzed. Then from the construction land scale, structure and the construction land projects space layout of the differences for each districts of Hu Ludao City, the space evolution characteristics were analyzed.(4) Promoting the driving factors of spatio-temporal evolution in the construction land further. The driving factors of the construction land expansion divided into the external force and internal driving force. In this article, the construction land external force were analyzed from the angle of the qualitative, it was divided into natural geography force and system, policy force, the natural geography force including hydrological , landforms and mineral resources; From the perspective of quantitative analysis of construction land internal driving force, mainly using correlation analysis and elastic coefficient methods for gross domestic product, the industrial structure adjustment, the social investment in fixed assets and local fiscal revenue and the population and economic force driving social urbanization is analyzed, and promote the Hu Ludao City constructive land space of evolution of the influence of driving.(5)The future development trend of the construction land was forecasted with the average growth trend extrapolation method and regression analysis, the construction land spatio-temporal evolution of future Hu Ludao City was analyzed and in the light of the spatial-temporal evolution characteristics of Hu Ludao City construction land use, put forward the related measures and suggestions on the reasonable utilization of the construction land and the road of sustainable development.
