The Spatio-temporal Evolution Research Of Urban-rural Construction Land-use Of Huangshan On DSR Medel

Urban-rural construction land is the space of urban and rural developmentnecessary carrier and the material base. With the rapid development of industrial-ization and urbanization, urban-rural construction land is rapid and outspread, thereexists the phenomenon of incontrollable scale, unbalanced structure, low degree ofintensive, poor benefit and so on, lead to the great loss of cultivated land especiallyfarmland, idle and inefficient land utilization, restricting the coordinated developmentof urban and rural socio-economic seriously. Since the1990s, faced with the grimsituation of population, resources and environmental issues, our country has issued aseries of construction land control and intensive use policy, and with Party’s16th thirdplenary session of the “five overall arrangements” to put forward, urban-ruralconstruction land related research has been widespread concern in academic circles.At present, most of the domestic studies on urban-rural construction land areconcentrated in the the change characteristics and driving force, structure and layoutoptimization, structure harmonious interaction and so on, while combining theseseveral aspects to comprehensive and systematic research is less.Huangshan is located in the southern mountains, the central city of Anhui,Zhejiang and Jiangxi Province, a typical representative of Chinese tourist city. Withthe construction of Huangshan international tourism city and the new industrydevelopment, the next few years is the strategic opportunities period of the socio-economic development in Huangshan. Because the comprehensive economic strengthis not strong, development in urban and rural areas is unbalanced, resource andenvironmental constraints, while also facing the the dual pressures of the socio-economic development and ecological environment protection.The article is on thebasis of existing researches, based on urban-rural construction land and DSR relatedtheory, to analyze the characteristics of spatio-temporal evolution of urban-ruralconstruction land in Huangshan, to study the driving force of urban-rural constructionland use change, and finally put forward the promotion suggestions of urban-ruralconstruction land’s reasonable use. Research conclusion has important theoretical and practical value on promoting the cultivated land protection, land intensive use,urban-rural construction and socio-economic coordination and orderly development.The articles included five parts, specific as follows:Chapter one: Introduction. Discusses the research background and significance,the domestic and abroad research status of urban-rural construction land, determinedusing the DSR model theory to study systematic and comprehensive, and thenexpounds study design and study area.Chapter two: The spatio-temporal evolution analysis of urban-rural constructionland-use of Huangshan. From two perspectives of time and space, and respectivelyfrom five aspects of land-use scale, land-use structure, land-use efficiency, regionaldifferences and the landscape pattern, this part analysis and describe the character-istics and its impacts of the urban-rural construction land use change.Chapter three: The Driving force analysis of urban-rural construction land-use ofHuangshan. From four aspects of the natural geography, social development,economic development and technological progress, this part analysis influencingfactors of urban-rural construction land-use change qualitatively, then build theindicator system of driving forces, and choose the correlation analysis and multiplestepwise regression method for the quantitative analysis, finally extraction core driverfactor.Chapter four: The promotion suggestions of urban-rural construction land’sreasonable use of Huangshan. Combined with the urban-rural construction land-usechange characteristics and the core driving force analysis, from four respects of theindustrial optimization, intensive use, planning control, urban-rural overall arrange-ments, put forward countermeasure and suggestions to realize reasonable use ofurban-rural construction land of Huangshan.Chapter five: Conclusion. Overview, this part summarize the main conclusions ofthe article research, build the DSR frame model of the urban-rural land change ofHuangshan, and discuss the shortcomings of paper and further reflection aspects.
