At present,Chinese cultivated land resources shortage,and the per capita arable land is decreasing every year,at the same time,urban and rural construction land increased year by year,the scale of construction projects occupy cultivated land often,and the supply of land resources constraints presents a rigid state,the more aggravated the contradiction between land supply and demand,and rapid development with the urbanization and industrialization,city expansion without order,inefficient and extensive use increasingly serious situation.In this paper,DSR model is used to analyze the present situation of urban and rural construction land use in Xinhe County,and analyze the characteristics and trends of urban and rural construction land evolution in new county from the two aspects of time series and spatial dimensions.In the collection of actual data,the remote sensing image map from 1995 to 2015 was used as the data source.Then,the research area is determined,and then the ENVI5.1 remote sensing image processing software and ArcGIS10.0 geographic information system software are used to extract the data information.And use this data to analyze the dynamic change characteristics of the urban and rural construction land evolution from 1995 to 2015 in the time and space.The main conclusions of this paper are obtained:(1)Analysis of the time evolution of urban and rural construction land: the pace of urban and rural construction land change is relatively slow,but overall it is still an increasing trend.The rate of urban land change is relatively fast,and shows a trend of sustained and rapid increase,with an average annual growth rate of 21.31%.The level of construction and utilization of rural residential land and independent industrial and mining land is not high,and the growth rate of urban and rural construction land is relatively slow.In the area of urban construction land,showing every year in the momentum of change increases,but the growth rate in a year than a year increase;the rural residential land is also showing a trend of increasing year by year;but independent industrial and mining land change trend is not obvious,the area change is smooth.The proportion of land area,the proportion of the fastest growing cities,cityagglomeration effect is obvious;point,important stages in 2008-2015 urbanization construction,the new county to increase the development of the city center building,along with the rapid expansion of the town.(2)After the analysis of the evolution of land space of urban and rural construction: the new County in 2015 of urban and rural construction land is mainly distributed in the new town is the largest amount of net in the AI took Township,the central city and the surrounding areas of urban and rural construction land relative change rate than the overall average level is high,urban and rural areas the key construction of regional development;the relative change rate under the average level of other regions,the lowest is tuogelake Tamu township.Although the landscape types of urban and rural construction land are abundant,the landscape types of urban and rural construction land in central city are relatively single,and some towns are developing in a monotonous and unstable direction.(3)The spatial and temporal evolution of urban and rural construction land after analysis: the scale and speed of urban and rural construction land in new and county are increasing with the increase of time and space expansion.On the basis of the present land resources,if it continues to present such a growth trend,then the proportion of urban and rural construction land in all types of land use will become larger and larger.The expansion of city development,the mode of urban and rural construction with unreasonable land use,it will inevitably lead to the waste of land resources,but also between the increased pressure on land bearing,widening the gap between urban and rural development,hinder the harmonious development of society.If the landscape index of urban and rural construction land is unstable and floating,it is not conducive to the sustainable utilization of land resources,and will also hinder the coordinated development of urban and rural areas and ecological environment.(4)Urban and rural construction land change driving force analysis results:through the analysis of the system factors in two aspects of natural environment and social economy,the construction of a driving force index system,to explore the impact of the new county urban and rural construction land change driving factors,find out the key driving factor of total population,non-agricultural population ratio,the per capita GDP,per capita disposable income,fixed assets investment,GDP,the local fiscal revenue,the output of the second industry and third industry and urban and rural construction unit with the output value of two or three industries.These ten factors are the most important factors that affect the evolution of urban and rural construction land in new and county,and all of them are positively related to the urban and rural construction land in new and county.
