| In recent years, with the rapid development of information technology, the traditional financial management has been challenged by information technology. How to use information technology to give full play to the intrinsic function of financial management, how to standard, integrate and coordinate of the information and money of the various business units within the enterprise financial to improve the efficiency of financial management activities, have become a question that must answered on corporate financial management. As the expansion business of KLGC, financial management is facing the problems such as the low quality of accounting information, the poor implementation of the financial system, the shortage of financial personnel and the concentration of capital and debt. The construction of financial sharing center can not only solve many problems in the current financial management of company effectively but also reduce operating costs and improve work efficiency and enhance enterprise competitiveness.This article takes KLGC sharing financial center as the research object. Three core and key problems, the foundation, framework and implementation of KLGC financial sharing center, have been studied by normative research method. First of all, based on practical experience of the development of domestic and foreign of financial sharing center, taking the financial theory, principal-agent theory as the basic perspective, the feasibility of building the financial share center have been normative analyzed profoundly on people, goods, content, etc. The importance of the building financial sharing center for KLGC development has been illustrated and the emphasis and difficulty of its construction has been analyzed. Secondly, the design scheme of KLGC financial sharing center and its implementation have been deeply analyzed, and the implementation result has been evaluated. Finally, several related suggestions are put forward for constructing the KLGC financial share center. |
