Research On Service-oriented Archives Resource Construction

In recent years,with the rapid development of China's economy,the dependence of the national construction and development on the archives has continued to increase,and the archival resources have risen to be a necessary social resource.Archives are original records.With this characteristic,archives play an irreplaceable role in social development and people's lives.In this context,the future development of the archives has been put forward higher requirements.The archives departments at various levels should also implement the "service first" strategy,which will provide the convenience of the people's life and work as a starting point and enhance their vitality.The archives should be changed in order to find and satisfy the needs of the users' archives,improve the service function of the archives,improve the service ability,and strengthen the consciousness of the social archives.Through the analysis and discussion of the influencing factors of the service quality of the archives,the proportion of the construction of archives resources in the archives service is obtained,which is the basis for improving the service quality of the archives.To some extent,the quantity and quality of collection resources determine the quality of archives service and the future development of archives.Public archives should do well in collecting files,sorting files and other basic services.Meanwhile,we should expand our horizons and continuously enhance their comprehensive capabilities.Through the study of archives service,this paper finds that resource construction has become an important basic work for the service of archives in China.At the same time,the problem of the construction of archival resources has also been paid more attention by all walks of life,which is a hot issue for scholars.The full exploitation and utilization of archival resources helps to solve the actual problems encountered in the service of the archives and improve the quality of service.The research on the service of the archives is beneficial to the construction of the archival cause in China,and it has both theoretical and practical significance.
