The issue of food safety is a hot issue of concern in the society today.Therefore,the issue of traceability of meat foods has received increasing attention.However,regardless of current research results or existing biometrics,most of them are relatively static information,including numbers of live pigs,vaccines,etc.,which are all extremely easy to forge.And most of the active tags use the built-in lithium battery method,which greatly reduces the lifespan of biometric tags.Therefore,how to improve the endurance ability of active tags and how to collect effective exercise information are issues that we need to continue to explore.For the above two problems,a bio-label based on a temperature difference battery was designed.This article mainly divides the whole system into two parts,namely the energy collection system and the pig activity detection system.The design of the energy collection system is mainly based on the design of the hardware circuit of the BQ25570,and the temperature difference battery is used as a miniature energy collection source.The entire circuit mainly considers the maximum power output of the energy storage and temperature difference battery.According to energy storage requirements and avoidance of waste of energy sources,the advantages and disadvantages of various types of energy storage components were analyzed.Finally,supercapacitors were selected as energy storage components.In addition,three different algorithms for maximum power point tracking were analyzed and the opening rate was selected.Voltage ratio method to design the entire circuit.The pig activity detection system introduced in detail the hardware and software architecture of the entire activity detection system.The hardware part includes the main control module circuit of CC2640,the design of sensor data acquisition circuit and Bluetooth low-power hardware design;the software part describes in detail the design of activity detection,including the data exchange between the base station and the Bluetooth slave.,Bluetooth settings for the sensor data acquisition program(how to prevent the falsification of data information is our design and test program standards).The simulation of data in a specific scenario was performed for the motion model establishment and data.Finally,in order to improve the flexibility and maintainability of the system and reduce the maintenance costs,this paper designed and implemented a firmware over-the-air(OAD)upgrade mechanism.
