Applied Research On New Media Technologies In Museum Education

Museum is the product of cultural relics protection and culture research,and it is an important symbol of the development of a region or even a country.With the social development,museums have gradually become an important informal learning place for people.The function of the museum has gradually changed from collecting cultural relics to inheriting culture and carrying out education.The cultural inheritance and education depends on display.Excellent exhibition attracts visitors and information transmission is in place,which helps the museum to play a better role.The traditional museum exhibition form of material object exhibition items plus text and picture illustration can not been able to meet the needs of current museum education and people's learning,resulting that the educational function of the museum can't be implemented.To solve this problem,we urgently need to find better ways to change the situation.With the rapid development of information technology,new media technology brings opportunities for the museum education.New media expands information of the exhibits,enhances the display effect and enriches the visitor's experience,which is a great help to museum education.Museums make full use of all kinds of new media technology to change the educational model,and provide more sufficient impetus to improve the quality of museum education and to disseminate excellent history and culture.At the same time,there is also a problem of low or misuse of new media technology.Through the case analysis and classification of the new media display project in the museum education,the author discusses the advantages,function and influence of the new media technology integration of museum education.This thesis summarizes the existing problems of the new media technology at the present stage of the museum,analyzes and puts forward the tactics of the application of new media technology in our country's museum educationbased on the theories of Museology,mass communication and pedagogy,so as to realize the maximum function of the museum education.
