Research On The Influencing Factors Of Social Network User Information Security

Since the age of Internet started,use of social network has grown in numbers by leaps and bounds,and the growth rate on total number of social networking platforms is also accelerating every year.There are plenty of different software and apps available for users to choose from to communicate with others.These includes chat software/app as MSN,QQ,Wechat;networking website as blog.Weibo;even live steam platforms including Youku video,betta live broadcast,etc.Our daily lives has been changed by these social networks completely from typing e-mails with a hulking desk top to connecting with strangers at anytime with cell phones,and allow us to not only living in the reality but also have totally different experience from online communities with different identities.However,besides new life styles the advancing technologies brought to us,there are also drawbacks come with them.The issues of user information security had never been solved properly.Instead,they are even getting worse with the growing number of social networking users,and their information safety is generally under threats.According to official statistics,the overall internet security in China is not optimistic as the chances for internet users being exposed to these risks are surprisingly high.Based on the current development of social network in our country,this article is focusing on summarizing and analysing the major characteristics of user information security by using information collected from some typical social networking platforms.Furthermore,a survey targeting on social networking security had been carried out,and the results are used to study factors that are affecting online information safety and thus try to find resolutions for this problem.Even though,online information safety risks cannot be completely eliminated with these measures,the strongest safeguards need to be applied to diminish the possibility for these kinds of incident to happen.
