The film and television industry has experienced the ups and downs of the development of the market economy,from a depressed to mature,with the deepening of the reform of the state-owned enterprises and the aggravation of the market competition,the market competition gradually evolved into the competition of talents,who have a high level of marketing talent,who can take the initiative in the complex film the cultural market.A companies have played a leading role in the television cultural market,but the backward enterprise system at home and abroad in the face of fierce market competition and feel powerless.After the completion of the restructuring of state-owned enterprises into private companies,the outbreak of a great potential power,but also in human resource planning has shown great adaptability.SXQZ film and television culture company affiliated with the Shaanxi film and television group,has a number of branches in the country,marketing staff of 60 people.For a long time,in the original control system,human resource planning to complete the restructuring with no big changes,is still a continuation of the beginning of the program,the old idea of year-end adjustment,form than content,and the implementation of the company's overall strategic target of the lack of substantial relation.The related theories and methods based on the human resource planning system investigation on human resources of SXQZ film culture company,using investigation method,statistical analysis method,measurement method and typical case analysis method on the SXQZ film culture company marketing human resources statistics and analysis,explore the problems,and a method of regression the total staff and company time variables,sales revenue and total staff and job sequence the ratio between the three factors,based on the Markoff model,combined with the overall management strategy of the company,make a comprehensive prediction on the number of marketing personnel,future employment structure,ability and quality.Finally,the paper puts forward the optimization scheme of human resources planning and the safeguard measures,which can provide reference for the implementation of human resources planning.
