The Study On The Problems Of The Protection Of Readers' Rights In Public Libraries In China And The Improvement Measures

In the study of library science,the issue of readers ' rights is one of the important problems in the library field.Under the new environment,the readers ' rights in the library include equal access rights,independent choice,free enjoyment,participation in management and individual privacy rights.Using Sati and ucinet software,this paper makes statistics and analysis on the current research results of the five aspects of readers ' rights by many scholars,it is also known that the "right to choose" is not universally absent in our country,and the "free enjoyment right" has been basically solved,while the other three readers ' rights still have obvious problems.Therefore,this article focuses on the remaining three issues of the protection of the rights of readers,and through the understanding of the status quo and practice to improve the reader's right to safeguard measures of thinking.
