Public Library Social Support Research

Public library social support is an important guarantee for ensuring the sustainable development of public libraries.At present,the research on social support of public libraries is more inclined to empirical research,and there are certain deficiencies in theoretical research.This article explores the meaning,characteristics,elements,and principles of public library social support with literature analysis,and understands the current social organizations' support for public libraries with online survey methods,proposing corresponding strategies on how to improve public library society.On the basis of research on the social support of public libraries,this paper aims to providing theoretical support for public libraries to seek social support,so that it has a theoretical basis,hoping that the public will recognize the value of public libraries and strengthen the support for public libraries.
