At the end of 2013,,"One Belt One Road" concept proposed by Xi Jinping was established as a national strategy,triggering a wide range of global attention.In China,as the mainstream media,party media lead the general direction of "One Belt One Road" report.Especially for the 18 provinces party media,bearing the important responsibility for reporting on the promotion of national policies and the promotion of the region's integration into the top-level strategy.In 2014,Xi Jinping put forward the concept of "the new mainstream media" in the "8*18" speech,pointed the direction for the party media in the future development.As an important channel for passing through the up-down,provincial party media is facing greater opportunities and more challenges.Research on the report of" One Belt One Road " is still relatively small,especially on the provincial media related reports along the strategy.In this context,combined with Shaanxi's important position in "One Belt One Road" strategy,this article will make @CNWEST's 2014 to 2016 H One Belt One Road " theme report as research objects,in order to find problems and make some feasible recommendations.The article is divided into four chapters:Chapter one is Introduction.It mainly elaborates the research background,such as the proposition of "One Belt,One Road" strategy,the important position of Shaanxi and the opportunities and challenges facing by the party media in the media convergence environment;describes the purpose and significance of the study:provide practical advice for improving the quality and new media coverage of the @CNWEST;summarizes the research status of related fields;explains the reasons for choosing@CNWEST as a sample for research;puts forward the research methods,research limitations and shortcomings.The second chapter summarizes the quantity,form,content and effect of the coverage of @CNWEST's "One Belt,One Road" report from 2014 to 2016,and describes the current situation with examples.In the third chapter,through the analysis of data and content,it found that there are over-reliance on large-scale activities in the "One Belt,One Road" report,and the "hot spot" is insufficient;the original content is less,the topic is set to "empty window";new technology had became "short board";poor audience interaction,"small narrative" has not yet "bud" and other issues.In the last chapter,according to the problems raised in the previous article,the paper puts forward a clear position in the future reports of @CNWEST,establishes the provincial party media style,excavates the local resources of Shaanxi and enhances the originality of the content;Make good use of media resources,expand their influence;to strengthen the interaction of fans,innovative reports and other forms of feasibility recommendations.“One Belt,One Road”strategy is still in its infancy,the uncertainty of policy-oriented and news resources are directly related to the media content and other areas of information.However,as the provincial mainstream media,@CNWEST should have to promote regional development,leading the local financial reform of the"big pattern" to "One Belt One Road" report as an opportunity to focus on creating provincial party media official microblog's new brand,establishing a new image of party media,promoting the new development of Shaanxi.
