The Construction Of The Human Capital System Of Large And Medium-sized Enterprises

The age of the Internet,wide application of cloud computing,big data,information flow,management theory to the profound and lasting change,especially for some large and medium-sized enterprises,the traditional management methods can not adapt to the development of the new era,a kind of high efficiency,convenient Internet,human resources management to be developed.This paper starts from the actual demand of large and medium sized enterprises based on the most widely used operating system based on Windows10 Server,using the current popular Java technology and B/S structure,constructed an advanced human resource management system based on large data.The system implements the talents of scientific and efficient management,improve enterprise efficiency in the use of personnel,reduce the operation cost of enterprise,and the enterprise staff information on all aspects of establishing employee information management database and real-time networking,providing an inexhaustible motive force for the efficient operation of enterprises,make the enterprise management level has reached a new height,let the enterprise in an invincible position in the fierce competition in the market.In this paper,the eight module function of human resources in particular: personnel management,post management,salary management,attendance management,training management,recruitment management,organization management,and put forward a modification scheme according to different industries based on eight module.This system is a multi-layer B/S structure based on the Java technology architecture,makes the system more secure and reliable through repeated testing and adjustment,according to the EJB middleware to improve system stability,prevent abnormal crashes and data loss,and the exception handling and fault-tolerant key design,through real-time monitoring,and other means to significantly reduce the timing backup the failure rate of the system.
