Electronic Human Resource System(EHR)is a kind of human resource management system based on computer information technology,with the continuous development of computer technology,more and more enterprises begin to use the EHR system,this system promotes the organizational performance and strengthens the core competitiveness.EHR system can reduce the workload of the HR,make them keep their focus on solving some problems such as human resource planning and rule-making and so on.For enterprises,implementation of the EHR system can help companies to improve the performance and competitiveness.The EHR system of Ufida company in our country has the big marketing,and it more applies in the big and medium-sized companies,and it has the representativeness,as a result,this article is with the EHR system of Ufida company as an example and study the utilization benefits of EHR.For the study on the EHR system,the literature at home and abroad more inclines to analyze a company's instance or the design and implementation of the system,study on the utilization benefits of EHR system is very little.Based on the previous research,this article choose the "trust" and "top management support" and the DeLone&McLean(2003)information systems success model to study utilization benefits of Electronic Human Resource System.This may help the company to know more about how to successful implement the EHR system.In this paper,with the EHR system of Ufida company as an example,found that:(1)EHR system 's quality factors,top management support and trust have the significant positive influence to the using willingness and user's satisfaction;(2)user's satisfaction has the significant positive influence to using willingness,and the using willingness and user's satisfaction also have the significant positive influence to utilization benefits.Therefore,the three quality factors,top management support,trust will affect the using willingness and user's satisfaction,user's satisfaction can affect the using willingness,eventually the using intention and user's satisfaction can affect the utilization benefits.So the above 7 variables is the important factors to promote the efficient use of EHR system.Therefore,successful implementation of the EHR system should not only pay attention to the quality factors of the system itself,but also need the top managers'resources supporting and the trust of the staff.When the top managers,support the EHR system construction and implementation,the organization can better use the system,obtain more resources and better implemention,in addition,the trust of the staff for EHR system is also crucial,when employees trust EHR system,employees will be comfortable using the system,enhance their using willingness,improve the user's satisfaction,and use it in the future work,that can help their work,and best use the system.
