With the rapid development of economy,people's pursuit of the quality of life is increasing day by day,at the same time,people's consciousness of energy conservation and environmental awareness has also been strengthened.This makes people pay more attention to product quality and energy recycling reuse.In this paper,the main research area-dehumidification drying,traditional drying methods,such as electric heating or Fuel combustion heating consume a lot of energy and cause serious pollution.the design of desiccant heat pump can overcome these shortcomings.In this paper,the design of PLC-based desiccant heat pump is studied.Further,the PLC control program is designed.The combination of PLC and touch screen control interface makes the function of the whole system more perfect,and can be widely used in daily life and industrial production.The details are as follows:Firstly,we studied the hardware of the system and equipment selection of PLC-based desiccant heat pump.The hardware part of the control system includes the selection of desiccant heat pump,the selection of temperature and humidity transmitter,and the selection and design of PLC controller,the selection and design of human-computer interaction.Secondly,we designed the software program of the control system,mainly including two parts: PLC program and making touch screen.We use the PS501 programming software to achieve the communications of PLC and temperature and humidity transmitter,PLC and touch screen.This can realize temperature and humidity control,the communication of touch screen,etc.Based on the Touch-Win tool,completes the design of temperature and humidity recording and adjusting interface.Touch screen makes the temperature and humidity control more intuitive,easy to operate implement and easy to use and maintain.Finally,we debugged and analyzed the main modules and the whole prototype of PLC-based desiccant heat pump.The test shows that the design of the system can meet the needs of dry materials under the premise of low energy consumption.So,the control system is effective and feasible.
