The effect of changes in humidity on the human body is usually ignored. If the air humidity is too low,airborne dust and particulate matter will increase,which will easily lead to influenza and bronchitis and other diseases.If the humidity is too high,it will lead to abnormal secretion of human hormones and people would feel listless and scatterbrained.Therefore,the humidity control system which can control the indoor humidity can reduce the adverse effects of humidity on the human body.In this paper,the research background and current situation of domestic and foreign research are introduced,and an indoor humidity control system based on PLC is proposed.The system takes the PLC as the core, the touch screen as the man-machine interactive window.The environment information is collected through the multiple sensors,and finally real-time information and automatic control of the system are realized through multi-sensor data fusion and fuzzy control algorithm.The system achieves humidification and dehumidification operation by ultrasonic humidification and fan dehumidification respectively. The time and speed of humidification and dehumidification are controlled by inverter and motor.In this paper, the realization of the system is described in detail from three aspects: circuit design, software design and algorithm design. The design of the circuit consists mainly divided into five parts five parts: power line design, display module design, signal acquisition module design, frequency conversion speed control module design and humidification and dehumidification module design. The software design mainly includes man-machine interface design and program design. The algorithm design includes multi-sensor Data fusion algorithm design and fuzzy control algorithm design.After the completion of the system, there is a multi-site comparison test. Test results show that the system has good performance in the control of indoor humidity, the data measurement is accurate, and the operation is relatively stable. The system can greatly reduce the adverse effects of humidity on the human body to meet the growing security needs of the living environment.
