| Ground-source heat pump is an efficient, energy-saving and environmentallyprotection air conditioning technology. In the face of increasingly serious energy crisis,the rational use of GSHP technology can effectively solve the energy issues.This paper studies the linkage opreration of two ground-source heat pumps in aschool. For the prupose of realize the rational and energy-saving opreration of heatpumps, the control system is designed. According to the load size, different time,divided areas and the running state, the energy-saving as the main design principle, putforward appropriate and better control strategy in order to the manual automatic andenergy-saving running of the two heat pumps.The control system is made up of PLC, touch screen, analog input unit andcomputer. PLC is the control core and the touch screen is used as displaying andoperating. The collection module was made as analog input and the computer was usedfor monitoring. Firstly, in the light of the temperature came back from loading area, thetwo heat pumps can running reasonable avoid the waste caused by heat pumps alwaysrunning when the load is small. Secondly, use the tranceducer to made the hydraulicpressure tends to be stable. Finally, according to the different use, load area was devidedinto several places. In the case of every place can keep normal runing, the running timewas reasonable set in order to avoid the energy run off on the load pipeline.Because of the quantity of needed collected analog is much, so16-channelcollection module was made. Module takes the SCM as the core and communicates withPLC through the serial ports. The module has the advantages of more collected channelsand high accuracy.This system has been maintained automatic running of safe, stable andenergy-saving since installed. The actual operation proved that system achieves thedemand of engineering，and it has the characteristics of stable, convenient manipulateand energy-saving. |
