With the rapid development of modern economy, hotels、enterprises and other units will have a lot of cotton fabric to wash and dry, and cotton fabric drying has become an important research topic. Now industrial dryer is used in electric heating, energy consumption is relatively large, the drying effect is not very good, and the control system is relatively simple. Heat pump drying has been applied to the domestic heat pump dryer. It consumes less energy, and uses PID control and fuzzy control. The control and drying effect is better. But the cost is relatively high, the drying capacity is relatively small. The heat pump has not been applied to the field of industrial drying. Based on the above issues, this paper will examine the application of heat pump drying in industrial dryer, and study how to reduce energy consumption, improve control methods and drying effect.This paper uses heat pump drying system to achieve industrial dryer, and uses closed structure. It can reduce energy consumption. The heat pump mainly consists of a compressor, a condenser, an expansion valve and evaporator components. It is an energy transfer device, and requires only a small amount of power. It can absorb heat from the surrounding environment, and transfers it to another heat source to achieve the purpose of heating.This system uses Siemens S7-300as the control core, using PID and Fuzzy PID as the algorithm. Circulation fan uses inverter to control. Siemens S7-300can meet middle scale control. It uses modular structure, and is easy programming, simple and practical. Fuzzy PID control allows the control of electronic expansion valve to meet the need of dry. After circulating blower fan using inverter, the control system can achieve precise control, you can always adjust the drying chamber heated air flow rate. A configuration interface is made by KingView, and uses Profibus to communicate with the next crew. Configuration interface can feedback real-time working conditions of the dryer, such as temperature, humidity, wind speed of fans, and all kinds of alarm information. Users can monitor running condition of heat pump drying system via the touch screen in real time.It is a better way to achieve industrial dryer drying using heat pump drying method. It has good economic value and significance. The dryer consumes less energy, and has better drying effect. But the cost of the dryer is too high and the control precision error is not very good.
