ZJ Company Management Information System Integration And Optimization Research

With the rapid development of information technique,information technology revolution which is known as the fourth industrial revolution,is bringing human beings from industrial civilization into information civilization.Equipment manufacturing enterprises are regarding information construction as the breakthrough of management promotion,quality and performance improvement and its transformation and upgrading.Under the guidance of the two fusion standard system,which is using informatization to drive industrialization,using industrialization to promote informatization,equipment manufacturing enterprises are transforming from traditional industrialized management mode to Intelligent manufacturing management mode based on modem information integration.ZJ,an old state-owned central enterprise,located in Xi'an,is also a high-tech enterprise in equipment manufacturing industry.Its informatization started early.And the informatization is an organic part of scientific research,technology,operation,production and other management system of this company.Based on the principle of information system,the study analyzed the company's management and management information system and the requirement of information system based on cross-generational information technology application and information island.And the this paper proposed that fusing and optimizing information system by modularization and integration.Detailed design of the management infonnation system is carried out by SOA architecture,enterprise service bus(ESB)and other advanced information technology.And the management information system is designed by using system theory and integration method.Based on the design,this paper formulated classified and step-by-step implementation content which is in line with the company and explored the operation and maintenance of the management information system.Finally,the study realized the digitization of company's management,R&D and production by the management information system,improved the information infrastructure,got through management information flow.And then it can achieve support for decision by large data analysis and improve the informatization control capability of market service,innovation,risk prevention and so on.This paper also can provide reference in the integration and optimization of management information system for other equipment manufacturing companies.But,informatization work a lot uncertain factors such as target quantization,clear responsibility of process management.The study need make corresponding adjustments combined with the actual management of enterprises and development goals.
