With the continuous development of information technology and the deepening of enterprise reform in China,the enterprise management mode is changing to the direction of innovation management and knowledge management.The Internet technology is involved in the production process.The intertexture of information and industrialization lead to the birth the Industry 4.0.The industry 4.0 takes intelligent manufacturing as leading,deep fuses cyber physical systems and improves the intelligent level of manufacturing industry.In order to implement the industry 4.0,it is necessary to promote the management and construction of manufacturing information.The information management is the process of combining information technology with management concept,changing the mode of production,operation,business process,traditional management and organization,reintegration of internal and external resources of enterprises,improving the efficiency and effectiveness of enterprises,and enhancing the competitiveness of enterprises.This paper considers CRRC Nanjing Puzhen Co.Ltd as the research object,analysis the demands based on the status of the equipment management in the company,designs and implements an equipment management and monitoring system.This system used MySQL as the database of the whole system.In this paper,we have designed a device monitoring terminal based on MCU technology,a Web equipment management and monitoring system based on PHP,and an App based on Android.The equipment monitoring terminal selected STM32F103 as the main control chip.WIFI was used as the communication mode,and it could communicate with the host computer through Socket.The Web equipment management and monitoring system selected the B/S architecture as the structure of the PC terminal system.,used Apache as the Web server software.Android App used Java to develop native applications and the server interface used PHP to develop.The system was developed to realize equipment asset management,maintenance management,preventive maintenance management,inspection management,contract management,video surveillance,remote monitoring equipment,and other functions.And It has significant benefit and reference value for the daily operation of equipment,equipment maintenance and fault data analysis.In addition,equipment maintenance is often based on the experience of maintenance personnel or equipment maintenance instructions when making equipment preventive maintenance plan.This management method is difficult to provide the best maintenance cycle,so that the equipment can't be timely maintenance and avoid excessive maintenance.So in order to reduce the equipment failure rate,improve the rate of equipment and reduce the cost of the enterprise,the maintenance cycle optimization model is established based on the previous research results.The model introduces age reduction factor and takes minimum maintenance cost as the objective function.Applied in practice,it can provide decision support for maintenance planning and field operation scheduling,and lay the theoretical foundation for the intelligent decision of equipment maintenance.Manufacturing equipment management and monitoring system that we researched can effectively improve the efficiency of equipment management and reduce the cost of equipment management.It has certain theoretical value and practical significance for enterprise management.
