With the development of Cloud Computing and The Internet of things, the concept of Cloud Manufacturing was raised. The research and improvement of Cloud Manufacturing can greatly promote the pace of modern manufacturing turning to informatization and integration, and because of this Cloud Manufacturing has become the hot spot of many scholars. However, in terms of the current research status, the research of Cloud Manufacturing is still in its infancy, there many problems to solve in the theory and practical application. This paper researches some technology problems centre on the fusion of Networked Cooperative and Human Computer Interaction in Cloud Manufacturing. I get some fruits as follows:Firstly, this paper does some research on the problem of Human Computer Interaction in Cloud Manufacturing. After analysis the character of existing model, considering the character of Human Computer Interaction in Cloud Manufacturing, this paper raises the model based on the fusion of MVC-PITA. This paper designs the realization structure of the model, and researches on the display problems and universality problems.Secondly, this paper researches on problems of information collection and information fusion Cloud Manufacturing. This papers raises the information collection method of RFID and Barcode Technology fusion, builds the model of distributed management with centralized storage information acquisition system. By the intelligent improvement of this model, this paper improves the working efficiency. This paper selects mixture information fusion structure, and discusses the consistency check method based on μ, as well as the technology of form-wavelet threshold.Then this paper analyses the problem of network management. On the one hand, this paper raises the network management model in Cloud Manufacturing, which fuses the distributed Cloud Manufacturing and SOA applied management structure. On the other hand, this paper raises the network protocol stack that fits Cloud Manufacturing, then optimizes and evaluates it.Then this paper builds a simplified Cloud Manufacturing platform, which covers research problems referred above. Especially aimed at information fusion, does simulated analysis by taking rotating machinery as example. Through doing simulated analysis, this paper certifies the information fusion methods used in this paper can effectively dispel information redundancy and noise.In the end, this paper summarizes the research content, and prospects the work need to be finished in next step.
