Wet baking furnace is an industrial furnace which uses electric heating effect to heat treatment of bulk powder or slurry fluid.It is widely used in metallurgy,chemical industry,building materials and other industries.Based on the Process characteristics of SRK-0940 electric back converter and the technical problems existing in the traditional temperature control system,on the basis of studied the advanced control system program at home and abroad.I have completed the design and development of automatic control system for electric rotary converter,which mainly includes,the overall design of the system program,control system hardware and software development,communication network design,temperature control algorithm research.The wet roasting rotary furnace mainly carries on the electric heating process to the catalyst material,through adjusting the temperature of the combustion chamber and the heat treatment process to control the temperature of the material.The temperature control process mainly consists of the control object,the temperature detection device,the controller adjustment and the actuator and so on,which constitute the negative feedback loop system.According to process characteristics and control requirements.I have design wet baking temperature control system based on S7-200PLC,The host computer PC system and the main controller of remote carry out data transmission through the OPC Technology,which achieves remote monitoring of material heating,furnace temperature settings,data operations and temperature control.Compared to the traditional manual control mode,wet electric baking back converter work more efficient,stable and safe.For with first integral material,electric heating process and with no measurable disturbance,nonlinear dynamic matrix control can optimize the temperature and uncertainty.Based on the identified model,through the control of the dynamic matrix(DMC)and the analysis of the traditional PID control is put forward based on the dynamic matrix based DMC-PID cascade predictive control method.The simulation results show that the cascade control method can reflect the dynamic characteristics of the real-time temperature,the control effect is better than conventional PID control and DMC control.
