The electrical curve is a very important portion in the smelting technique, it relates to so many fields such as smelting technique, materials, electric, equipment, etc. and directly influences the technical economical index of steel making. A normal working electric arc furnace must have feasible electrical curve, it is not only necessary for favoring running but also helpful to reduce the consumption of electric energy and electrode, shorten smelting week, greatly reduce the impact power supply and increase productivity.The process of steel making of electric arc furnace has many characters such as high-grade nonlinear, time dependent and indeterminacy. There is not a uniform standard for how to establish the electrical curve at present. In fact, engineer through experience gives the most practical electrical curves. It is not feasible for using electric energy, so researching the rationalization of electrical curve of electric arc furnace, has applied importance and extensive guiding significance, and if will be helpful to rapidly level up our country's steel making technique.In accordance with the controlling technique and power supply system, on the basis of analyzed the electrical running parameters and a mass of actual smelting data on paper, the author researched the connection of each parameters such as arc current, arc voltage, arc impedance and power. Consequently the author establishes the feasible electrical curve, achieve the dynamic optimization and increase the economic benefit.The main work the author done:1) Joined the installing and debugging of project, studied the control elements and method of electric arc furnace, sampled the actual running data.2) Analyzed and computed the electrical parameters of electric arc furnace on paper, and programmed the dynamic optimization of electrical curve of electric arc furnace, which adopted the theory of function link neural network.
