Research And Analysis Of The Personnel Management System Of Yichun College

With the continuous improvement of computer hardware performance and the continuous decline in prices, as well as the continuous development of network technology and its application in enterprise management, it is necessary to establish enterprise personnel management system. In this paper, the domestic and foreign personnel management system application, the use of technology and general enterprise personnel information management functions and business processes was investigated detailed and thoroughly, and based on the actual situation of Yichun University, research and analysis of Yichun University's management system was made.This paper presented research background, current problems, application value, and our main job. In the phase of business analysis, current business status and original processes were analyzed in this thesis, and then we proposed optimized processes. In the phase of function analysis, the paper clarified key functions of this system and important data structures, designed six modules, including recruitment module, person mobility, compensation management, staff training and learning management, and job evaluation management. In the phase of data analysis, we designed the entity relationship of our system, then we presented table structures of our database system. At last, we summarized our main research job in this paper, then we proposed some advices in our future work.
