The security business of China has developed rapidly in recent years. The China Securities Regulatory Commission (Hereinafter referred to as CSRC) urges investment banks to enhance the inner management as well as regulate Business operations by releasing new policies with the rapid development of financial market in and aboard.To adapt the supervision requirement of CSRC, the investment bank need to build normative and strict management systems to manage programs, clients, flows and products, which is the main development direction of the informational construction of investment bank.The information management system of Qilu investment bank is a comprehensive system, which has a good operation mode and suits the demand of CSRC. The purport of this paper is to analyze the exploitation details of the whole project and provide solid theory foundation for the carry out of the real project. We hope that the working efficiency can be promoted once an automated and intellectualized management system is built.Based upon the background above, we proposed a new project management information system of investment bank.Firstly, we introduced the research background, the significance of the project and the its researches as well as applications nowadays. We made clear the research contents and our main work. Then, in the business analysis, we discussed about institutional framework and the problems of the old manner. The new flow charts are given to show the work flow that we designed. The following chapter is the functional analysis of the system. We define the function of the system via the analysis and description of use cases. Then, during the data analysis, we discuss about the data which are involved in the modules of system. At the same time, we set up the table structure of database. Finally, the thesis makes a summary of the research and analysis work above as well as the future prospect.
