Since Nanjing city channel broadcasted Deep Touch of Nanjing from January 1st,2002,which was a symbol for the beginning of Chinese people's livelihood TV news.People's livelihood TV has become an independent force to change Chinese TV environment.Therefore,People's livelihood TV has become a popular study subject for journalism research,but on the whole most of researches are based on a transmission view of communication so that they ignored the audience's spiritual,psychological and cultural needs in information explosion age.This study is based on the theories of a ritual view of communication and cultural community and combined with literature research,case study,unstructured interview,participant observation and other methods to analyze Public Concern in Guizhou public TV channel,as the top one of the ratings in Guizhou area,how to call all the citizens together to construct living community,emotional community and memorial community by means of share,interactive,game and entertainment.This study has intense theoretical and practical significance.Firstly,its research perspective gets rid of the transmission view of communication and stay with the ritual view of communication.Making the combination of theoretical research and empirical research through a case of the Public Concern of Guizhou TV.Secondly,the research makes a deep analysis about people's livelihood TV news in Guizhou so that make contribution to improve the news research in Guizhou.At last,from the perspective of ritual view of communication,it helps local TV stations to compete with CCTV and other TV stations to develop its competitive power.
