The Design And Implementation Of The Xuanwu Public Security Micro-Police Residence Residence Information System

With the rapid development and popularization of Internet,mobile intelligent terminal is gradually rising.WeChat as the current most popular mobile Internet application,its function has penetrated into all aspects of social life.Under this background,the government and police departments gradually use WeChat to carry out E-government work to achieve the data running rather than people running.People can apply residence permit online with the advantages of WeChat platform,which innovates the traditional service model of residence permit and promotes the scientific development of the police's work.The design and implementation of Xuanwu micro police residence permit information system based on WeChat public platform is fully discussed in this paper.Firstly,based on system requirements and feasibility,having a design on the overall system architecture.At the same time,starting system function modules on a detailed classification and design.And according all the function modules,to establish the relational model of database and design or optimize the database system.On this basis,combining with the business requirements and technological schemes to implement the operating environment,the business function modules,the data interface module,the data maintenance module and system security module.Finally,testing the function and performance of the system.This paper bases on the interface technology of WeChat,using the Three-Tier Architecture model,combining with the related technology of Wechat JS-SDK,AJAX,C#,Oracle,Lucene,Nginx to design and implement the Xuanwu micro police residence permit information system.And The paper make a detail analysis about the Nginx's weighted round robin algorithm and the Lucene's document scoring algorithm.The system is made up of three business modules,which are the residence permit application business module,floating population verification business module and residence permit message business module.Data acquisition is mainly from WeChat,and using the management system to process data and maintain system in the police network.The system has the advantages of operation,user experience and expansibility.Currently,the system has been running on the line.
