Design And Implementation Of E-government Wechat Service Platform

In the modern era,with the popularity of smart phones,the public access to information and services has gradually shifted from the PC side to the mobile side.WeChat is an important medium for the public to access information and services on the mobile side.The traditional e-government system relies on the PC side and has been unable to meet the public's growing demand for timely and convenient access to government information and government services.In this context,government departments are aware of the importance of WeChat platform in daily government work and put great emphasis on the application of WeChat in government affairs.Therefore,this paper based on the goal and the requirement of "Hui Tong Zhu Jian" project,designed and implemented,"Hui Tong Zhu Jian" e-government micro-channel service platform.The construction of WeChat public service platform is based on the related applications and services in Huitong's live-in project.In combination with the actual work of the URA,it builds a one-stop service platform for the masses to facilitate the work of the masses and realize the informatization and mobilization of government services."Hui Tong Zhu Jian" e-government WeChat service platform is based on a thorough investigation and analysis of the daily work and business process of a URA.Through demand analysis,the "WeChat Live-Building" government WeChat public service platform is divided into WeChat application system and back-office management system.WeChat application system is mainly for the public to provide functions such as news information,laws and regulations,urban construction projects,property funds inquiry,application disclosure,service appointment and pre-treatment,consultation and complaints.The background management system is mainly for government staff,to provide information on the release and maintenance of information in each function module of WeChat application system,including dynamic news management,laws and regulations management,urban construction project management,property fund management,public application according to the application.This paper completed the detailed requirements analysis of the system and the logical architecture and functional architecture design.According to the design of the system,based on the WeChat public platform interface,MVC schema,JQuery Mobile technology and SQL Server database,completed the coding of system function modules.Finally,this article has carried on the research to the system performance optimization.In view of the performance bottleneck existing in the traditional HTML5 local storage mechanism,the storage format is improved.Improve the efficiency of HTML5 local storage mechanism.
