The Design And Implement Of The Provincial Security Residence Permit Sysyem Based On Smart Card

At present, most city governments grant a residence permit to manage and serve foreign workers, the residence permit is usually a paper book, a magnetic stripe card or a logical encryption card, it’s not safe enough, and the government don’t establish a mobile population information system. With the size of the floating population increases, the immigrant population’s demand for public facilities and services growing day by day, the difficulty of the government’s management and services is rising, so it is necessary to introduce a residence permit system.This paper analyzes two main types of smart card technology:Native card, Java Card in depth, compares the advantages and disadvantages of the two technologies, Native Card is selected as the final solution; analyzes two kinds of key management system, symmetric encryption and public key encryption system architecture, this paper also study various types of encryption algorithms. On this basis, This paper chooses symmetric encryption system, and designed a complete system solution symmetric key management.This paper analyzes the residence permit system’s software requirements in depth to design a smart card-based security residence of the provincial system, which uses B/S and C/S hybrid architecture, C/S architecture for key management systems and card-Making system to improve safety, B/S architecture for data acceptance, you can submit an application at any time.The system supports key generation, through a secure interface the key data is written into SAM card, it accepts the application for a residence permit, then complete the residence permit electricity write, print and film, the whole process is safe and controllable, high production efficiency. The design of this residence permit can meet public transport, micro-payment and other applications, to achieve a multi-purpose card.
