Exploring The Construction Path For Wechat Public Platform Of Government In E-government System

In recent years, our country has been committed to building a service-oriented government. With the development of e-government, which is one of the most important strategic on building service-oriented government, government information disclosure, services providing and interactive platform building between the government and the public has been effectively achieved. With the rapid development of mobile Internet, the social media, Wechat, which has the feature of ease using, various publishing, strong privacy and interaction, increasingly becomes one of the most important channels for the public to achieve and spread information.The prosperity of Wechat public platform of government conforms to the trend of mobile e-government development. On one hand, Wechat public platform of government provides the technical support for the mobile e-government saves development costs and guarantees security. On the other hand, changes in information technology is regarded as a catalyst, which help the government agencies accelerate the pace to make the organization restructuring, process optimization, in order to adapt to the new environment for information spread and process.Wechat public platform of government is a new platform for e-government. The operation team has been confused about how to use the existing technology and the social attributes to combined with the e-government system, so that the Wechat public platform of government can play its role in the mobile information and government services. The Wechat public platform of government called Wuhan Released act as a window for Wuhan municipal government, charged with the responsibility of the Wuhan city government propaganda, information spread, government services and political interaction.This article focuses on how to exploring the construction path for Wechat public platform of government in e-government system, using Wuhan Released as a typical case. Analyzing the current status of the platform from G2 G, G2 C, C2 G, B2 G system, through data analysis, text analysis and comparative analysis. Wuhan Released is going to put on a transformation from a public platform for information spread to serve as a platform which the main function is service. But Wuhan Released is suffering from some problems. First, there is no coordination mechanism among government agencies. Secondly, government and enterprises have difficulties in consultation. Thirdly, public trust in government is low, and has not yet formed the habit of using mobile e-government.These conditions are the most common problems that other Wechat public platforms of government have to face to. Through reading literature, drawing on the experience that e-government was built in the early period, combining with the spread property of Wechat public platforms of government, finally, this article provide several operation proposals to improve the Wuhan Released, such as promoting cooperation among government agencies, building the operation team with both government and enterprise staff, establishing of political interaction mechanism to enhance the trust between public and government. This is what we hope to be able to help the development of mobile e-government.
