Design And Implementation Of E-government Public Service Qingpu District Micro-channel Platform

In the times of booming WeChat, the government is faced with new challenges and opportunities. In the new media age, the government should seize opportunities, face challenges and capitalize on the trend, and begin to improve in all aspects such as from the way of publishing content, distribution mode to interactive feedback methods, so as to enhance the government WeChat network of political work in the radiation, attractive and appealing. Therefore, based on the case of e-government in Qingpu District, this paper studies and proposes development and construction of the WeChat platform for the Qingpu District of e-government public service.Construction of the WeChat public service platform is based on the deep research and analysis of the current situation, combined with the practices performed Qingpu government departments. After performing requirements analysis, the target platform is functionally constructed with an information publishing platform and a business management platform. The publishing platform is designed for information dissemination and exchange, including department profiles, news, public affairs, government affairs, featured companies, convenience services, and so on. The business management platform is to provide an integrated and shared office environment for staff working platform, and is also well and organically integrated with various the business workflow, mainly including filings, weekly program management, online communication, leader-mail, Jobs, organization management, complaint management and other functional modules.After the system analysis and design, we begin to implement such a platform. The implementation is based on the WeChat public platform interface, MVC mode architecture, jQuery Mobile technology and SQL Server database. We first completed the implementation of the WeChat public platform for interface development and database connections, and then implemented the designed functions, and performed the final testing of the system to ensure the correctness of system functions. In the upper level of the target platform, we leveraged a variety of message processing module and micro-site theme, as long as compliant platforms can access the platform to enrich the user’s choice, thereby increasing the scalability of the target platform.Currently, the WeChat platform of government public services has been formally launched in Qingpu District. From the operating state, everything is normal and stable. By applying this public service platform to enhance the interaction between the government and the people, it greatly increased the capacity and level of public services Qingpu District government.
