With the rapid development of information technology, the electronic banking business has been growing continuously. The industrial and commercial bank of China has the largest customer base, but the company customer information management not fully implement the information bank building ideas. The efforts being taken on the customer’s meticulous management and joint marketing is not enough, which lead to that the manager can not fully understand and analyze the situation and from customers, not to mention optimize customer management module. Therefore, the urgent problem is using modern information technology to develop a customer marketing system.In this paper, we adopt the object-orientd modeling technology and the idea of software engineering to analyze and research the bank’s customer marketing system. Above all, this thesis introduces the research background, the project significance, the current research and application status of customer marketing system, and identifies the main work and research contents. In the business analysis, according to the industrial and commercial bank of China is currently in the existing problems in customer marketing management, we analyze the original business processes, and then give the optimized business processes. In the function analysis, through the use case analysis and use case descriptions, the thesis identifies the system functions, and gives the system function package diagram and sub-function package diagrams, including the products management sub-package diagram, marketing management sub-package diagram, customer management sub-package diagram, business information sub-package diagram, team construction sub-package diagram and system management sub-package diagram. In the data analysis, the data of the system needs to process is analyzed, the entity class relationship diagram is given, and the database tables’structure is established. At last, the research and analysis are summarized. The future work to do is also prospected in this thesis.
