Research And Analysis Of The Paperless Examination System Of Minxi Science And Technology Teachers College

The introduction of information technology teaching and management of college s and universities is becoming more and more common now, in order to further impr ove the quality of teaching in Dianxi normal university of science and technology, a ccording to the many years teaching experience of school, a set of The Paperless Ex amination System for the college was specifically designed in this paper.This paper began with the introduction of the background of The Paperless Exam ination System, analyzed the development situation of similar system in this field, c ompared the situation at home and abroad and analyzed its advantages and disadvanta ges, and pointed out the discrepancy between the function of the system and deman d of Dianxi normal university of science and technology, and then listed the main inn ovation points of the system; Through the business analysis, we described the origina 1 business process, and on this basis, the improved business process was designed. T hrough the functional analysis, we listed the five modules:basic information manage ment, test management, examination room monitoring, grade management and s ystem management, defined the scope of user role function of the system, UML us e case diagram was used to show the specific sub function use cases of each modul e, described the structure of each sub function and the relationship between each oth er by the package diagram, clarified the relationship between the main parts of the sy stem. We used abbreviated class diagrams to analysis data relations which was used i n this system, and detailed the data relationship of each sub function, using entity r elationship analysis to sort out all the database tables used in the system. At the end o f this paper, the results of the paper were summarized, and some problems were ex plained.
