It is using C# as main program design and development language, SQL Server 2010 as the back-end database support and more popular B/S mode and three-tier technology for the design and implementation of the entire system. The system consists of two parts and the three main modules, two major parts are e front exam section and back officemanagement section, three modules are respectively the administrator module, student module and teacher module. Two parts and three modules achieve user login, user registration, exam candidates, professional management, user management, paper management, and the final result inquiry function. The design process of the system depends mainly on theoretical knowledge of software engineering, and software engineering theory throughout the entire process of the system design and development, user needs analysis, the overall design of the system, database design, detailed design and testing process are described in detail in the paper.
