The Development And Application Of The Paperless Examination System For Secondary Vocational Schools

With the continuous development of modern education theory,the demand for diversifying the test implementation process and making the exam more scientific and objective are growing.How to efficiently organize test,reduce the test cost,and get more real and effective learning result of students at all levels has become an important problem to be solved.With the advent of "Internet +" at the same time,the paperless examination has become the inevitable trend of schools at all levels to organize all kinds of exams.Therefore,the design and development of paperless examination system based on B/S mode is clearly necessary.This paper mainly introduces the whole process of the paperless examination system design and development.The system is designed by using the structured analysis and design method according to users' requirements and the rules of ease of use for application and maintenance.The function modules of the system are including student information management,teacher information management,item pool management,test plan management,performance management and performance analysis.The submodules of student management include student basic information management and test qualification approval;Teacher information management are consist of teacher basic information maintenance and operation permission maintenance;Item pool management covers test item input,modification and deletion;Test plan management are composed of the test planning making and test plan implementation;Performance management includes result display and result query;Result analysis are divided into two parts including the analysis about the status of the students' mastering degree of field knowledge points and the analysis of students fallible knowledge points.The system is implemented in Visual Studio2008 and SQL Server2005 environment using ASP.NET language.Practical application has proved that this system can improve the efficiency of test,save manpower cost,and help managers to get the effects of students' learning and teachers teaching.
