In recent years, microblogging penetrate into collective action more and more deeply, collective action microblogging is becoming a new trend. We had to use a broader perspective and the perspective plane to study this social phenomenon. In this context, the author takes the microblogging collective actions as our research target We will analysis the formation and resolution mechanisms of the microblogging collective actions to know the microblogging collective actions'generation mechanisms deeper. Substantially this text adopts sociological perspective, combining case study with interview survey. On the basis of the microblogging collective action concept delimiting and classifying, explaining its'consciousness emerging, action developing and action digestion.Firstly, this article focuses on the process of collective consciousness waking. We investigate the boundary of the group, the course of searching fellow, stability and fluidity of the group. Carrying through the three phases, the image of the group stands out gradually. In psychological studies, the collective is the highest stage of group. Compared with the group, the collective has a stronger collective integrity and a higher degree of solidarity. In the microblogging, the transforming from the group to the collective by way of ritually interactive. The ritually interactive is an important step in the consciousness emerging. Its core mechanism is close attention and emotional connection. After the ritually interactive, individual complete the identity from "I" to "We".Collective identity cannot cause collective action inevitably. There is a mobilization from collective identity to collective action. In the microblogging collective action, there are different roles, including action advocates, action participants, spectators and counter-action actors. Among them, the action advocates who have "uncertainty field" play an important role in the mobilization. They use framework strategy to endue collective action some kind of significance, attracting more people to join the collective action. Framework strategy consists of frame amplification, frame bridge, frame extension, frame transformation and frame borrow.It should be said that the microblogging collective actions aren't limited in microblog. Reality and network connection is an important part of microblogging collective action. According to different connection subject, the connection can be divided into driving connection and passive connection. The collective actors cause driving connection. They based on the counting result of costing/risk-return. The connector body of passive connection includes traditional media, and government departments.
