This system developed in JAVA language, ORACLE10g for database, adopted at present more popular system architecture of the architecture of struts 2+spring+ hibernate.System has large capacity, use Weblogic or JBOSS application server to realize the load balance system, realize the connection pool, the management of the process pool, multi-process and multi-threaded concurrent access technology.The new type of rural cooperative medical information management system on the one hand, as a operational platform, can implement the instant payment and information management;On the other hand, as a management platform for service,rural cooperative management departments at different levels can immediate supervision on the whole work; At the same time as the data exchange and sharing platform, this system can realize information sharing and exchanging between rural cooperative management departments at the county level, the provincial level, and medical institutions.
