As a new publishing form, Internet publishing grows up rapidly with its unique advantages and development prospects.It produces comprehensive influence on publishing industry at home and abroad, and causes high attention of the publishing industry and academic experts and scholars.Network publishing is produced in the development of network technology and digital publishing technology and it takes the Internet as the carrier. Its products are transmitted through the network method in the form of digital information on the Internet, which changes people's traditional concept on publication and promotes the development of publishing technology and information transmission technology. But Internet publishing just goes through more than ten years since its emergence, the study of Internet publishing is still at preliminary stage at home and abroad. Hence,there are many valuable subjects on Internet publishing.On the basis of much literature review and the analysis of survey data as well as the study on the current developing situation and tendency of network publishing industry in our country in recent years, this paper proposes some strategies on network publishing development and network publishing internationalization. It includes the following five parts:The first part introduces the emergence and basic concept of network publishing,and expounds the research status of network publishing industry at home and abroad;The second part analyses the nature, technology and communication mode of network publishing, and introduces the advantage of network publishing form the perspectives of publisher, media and audience and so on;The third part refers the analysis of the market demand and development status of network publishing in China by questionnaire;The fourth part, on the basis of the third part, puts forward the corresponding development strategies according to the problems existing in network publishing industry from the views of strengthening the macro management of network publishing industry, the marketing mode of network publishing, network publishing internationalization and so on;The fifth part puts forward the factors which restrict the development of the Internet publishing industry in China, and depicts the outlook on network publishing;The last part is the conclusion.
